4. Warranty Policy

Limited service warranty may be provided on selected repair work depending on the type of service performed. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, electrical fluctuations, water damage, or issues caused by external factors.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to provide accurate information regarding the appliance issue and ensure safe access to the service location. Delays caused by incomplete information or restricted access are not the responsibility of Global Company.

6. Service Timing

We always try to provide services on time; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, emergencies, or workload. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

7. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule a service request before technician dispatch. Repeated cancellations or last-minute changes may affect future bookings.

8. Liability Limitation

Global Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or failures caused by improper use of appliances after service completion.

9. Safety & Inspection

Our technicians follow professional safety practices during all repair and installation work. Customers are advised not to operate faulty appliances before inspection.
